AFHCO

This company does not deserve any stars. Tenants are being abused and ******ed at the South Hills Lifestyle Estate in Johannesburg South. My close family member had an arrangement to pay arrears by 5 July 2024 and they turned off the water electricity and gas yesterday 18 June 2024. Even though they had the agreement in writing and Afhco had the deposit as well. The employees at Afhco do not speak fluent English and are rude to tenants. They were sending people yesterday to lock my sick family members out of the unit. Why doesn't the laws regarding tenants and landlords apply to Afhco? Do the foreign nationals working at Afhco understand the SA laws re eviction, agreements in writing etc? Why are these businesses allowed to operate in this manner? Who are the owners of these buildings that are being managed like this?
