Terrible to say the least. These people who have a useless accounts department, that does not know when they have new tenant's or how to allocate payments to the correct tenant's. their 3rd party recovery provider will haras you even though you send proof of payment etc, this has been going on since 2021, their accounts department finally confirmed in Feb. of 2021, the payment was allocated to the incorrect tenant, yet SAYA RECOVERIES their collectors Harases people who moved out a long time ago - MIND YOU - this is the same place that doe not let people move out if there is any outstanding costs.
