AFCOH IS RIPING PEOPLE OFF
Your response is still very ****y you cant say because it new the maintenance of the of your wad ropes were in good condition , If that is the case why 90% of the people were complaining of the same thing and why the wadropes kept on falling now and then when you complain they try fixing but still fall. STOP BLAME SHIFTING TAKE RESPONSIBILITY U ARE RIPING PEOPLE OFF . HOW MANY COMPLAINS HAVE U HAD FOR THE SAME THING.

Our previous response refers : Our records indicate your signed check move in list confirmed the unit was in good condition and order when you moved in but upon moving out, there were repairs and paintings to be done. We haven't had any problems with other units regarding same other than damages caused to the unit and or furniture by users; and as per the terms and conditions of the lease agreement, liable for charges.
