Afcoh is a Slumlord, they dont care for tenants
I have been living at an Afcoh owned complex for over a year. To day tge complex still does not have an intervom system at the gate nor does is have the minimum requirement for basic services. These people dont give a damn about their tenants all they are good at is collecting rent. Can someone pls provide me the Ombudsman's details where I can formally report these slumlords that rum my complex. Its dusgusting how all they care about is collecting money but yet there are even tenants with leaking gysers that are suffering while they are paying their rent on time.
