Afcho will keep YOUR deposit from you

If it was possible I would give afcho less than half a star. This is one of the most inefficient companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Their call Centre is basically useless don’t even bother calling unless your prepared to be on hold for 15-20min, have an *********** agent hang up in your ear and a manager that literally starts avoiding you because of their lack of transparency. They incorrectly charged me for damages that were not stated on my move out form, never even sent me a copy of that and have now been withholding my full deposit for over 29days now. If you see they manage a property run for the hills these people know nothing about professionalism.
