AFCHO UNFAIR TREATMENT

I app**** for a Flat at AFCHO bachelor flat at Khan corner month end of Jan and when all the paperwork was done ., i was told the place i have viewed has been taken .

Why i dont know . I was offered a 1 bedroom which i did not want and i declined the offer.

I was told to pay R500 so that i can get the same flat but month end of Feb .

Yesterday I spent the whole day at your office trying to resolve that issue.

I was then offered a place at 216 same flat , which i told the agent Calvin it has to be the same as the one i had viewed. He assured me that its the same and i concluded everything .

I went to the building with all documents signed because i wanted to move in yesterday . The cartacker was not there and the lady occupying was still there ?? I am from there now , only to find out that there is water leaking there and i dont like the place .

I took a day off to sort out this and now I must still go back to the offices .

This is so unprofessional, why do your agents make 2 people apply for the same building yet im the 1st to view and apply .

I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT YOUR SERVICE AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

There is no floor management to see that all clients are attended to accordingly.
