AFCHO STILL BILLING EVEN AFTER I SENT NOTICE/MONE OUT

hello peter please kindly assist me with this company called Afcho property management. I gave the building manager a notice to move out in the beginning of February 2023 and to my surprised, i was still getting their bill whereas i did send them a notice of moving out even not i am still getting their bill, I did spoke to thabo the building manager and sibongile kibi including thandi but noone is interest in this matter and am thinking of taking legal steps against them.
