Afcho ripping tenants and owners

i have received my billing statement on the 27/01/2025 and I noticed some foreign amout i am nit aware of and there is a capitec acc number on my statement hence i am an absa acc holder..I called same say about the billing i was told they don't see what i am talking about i forwarded the statement to one of the customer agent and still what surprised me again i was asked where do i get that statement.To date i have not received feedback about the transactions and that billed amount.To say afhco statement is so confusing if not aware you will be ******.

And is not for the first time, their leaves when i bought that property i was told +-500 sky rocted to 1400
