Afcho property management car parking rental

I have submitted my cancelation of parking at 120 end street on December 2019 to one building manager by the name of David and January i received an sms that i must pay the amount of R250 for parking otherwise i will face legal action then i immediately paid thinking maybe i submitted late however that things till today its continuing and when i went to offices they said i must check with David which i did and he still says he did submit and even today I'm still receiving legal threats from afcho that I'm not paying my may, June and July rental please assist my number is ***
