AFCHO - Poor Management

I'm writing this review due to the inappropriate actioning of a complaint i laid to the caretaker at Calderwood Lifestyle estate, Benoni. I've received a final warning for a situation i tried to bring to the attention of the caretaker ( and he informed me that he would take necessary action against the parties involved ), but here i am being seen as the problem. I had monies ****** from my apartment, and when i decided to confront the parties, we not only got verbal abuse but we were physically harmed to the point where my partner now has a swollen and bloodshot eye. I feel since i've been an upstanding member of the complex and never had such complaints raised for my behaviour, this shows that AFCHO don't adhere to customer service as well bettering the living situations inside the complex. i feel unsafe in my own residence and i'd like this matter taken to management for further investigations.
