AFCHO – Ongoing Neglect & Empty Promises at Frank & Hirsch
I rent two apartments (Units 308 and 701) at Frank & Hirsch and have experienced nothing but poor service, unresolved maintenance, and broken promises. Unit 308 was handed over in a shocking condition, with a curtain rail still unfixed, a rusted cupboard (painted instead of replaced), and no painting done. Unit 701 (internal transfer in Sept 2025) still has no painting, faulty plugs, a leaking sink, a broken toilet seat, and missing curtain rails. AFCHO confirmed in writing that repairs and painting would be done, yet nothing has happened, even after more than a week. I am paying rent for two apartments but receiving neglect and empty promises. I feel completely undervalued and am considering moving out. Urgent intervention and real timelines are required.
