AFCHO NEWGATE RESIDENTS IS NOT A PLACE TO LIVE IN!!!!!!

If you want a place to stay, please don't ever stay at Afcho Newgate residents opposite bree taxi rank. The experience of staying in this building since last year August has been the worst ever. We can stay up to 5 days with no electricity, things get rotten, it's difficult to go to work since there's always no power. Mind you, this is not the first,second or third time it happens regularly, then we have no water,same thing applies, happens constantly and the building manager will have the audacity to tell us it's council related on both matters and there's nothing he can do. We are treated like students, not sure why is it not a student accommodation cause WOW!!!!no music even with just your cellphone no speaker, no smoking you need to get out of the building completely to smoke or you will be charged, the manager is rude to tenants and never attends to any matters, all he knows is scaring people by stupid warnings saying he will terminate our contracts. If you wanna move in to NEWGATE RESIDENTS, please be ready for all mentioned above and take the risk all by yourself. This is one nonsensical place to ever stay in. @Afcho property management, you need to do something about this situation ,we can not be treated like we don't pay rent ,as I'm writing this....it's been 5 days with no water, we use buckets to get water from the fire extinguisher which now led to diarrhea and I guess there's nothing you guys can do. Afcho is really unprofessional, unpleasant place to stay and worst is Management, one can wonder if they just pick anyone with no education background and no experience background to manage this place!!!!!
