AFCHO IS RUNNING A ****

This is my third complaint about the amount of ***** and incompetency that is happening at Afcho. I am a tenant at 120 End street and every 6 months there is suppose to be that loyalty discount that the advertise so much!. To my surprise i received my statement today and there was no discount reflecting , so my partner went to the office to query only to be told that the discount has been stoped...how come we were never informed? then the idiot told him that I have a shortfall for last month but when i went back the person i found could not pick it up. How is this possible? Is there not a single competent person working at Afcho. They are really running a ****. I need to be contacted by someone who knows their story and not the nonsense i have been getting. I have never missed or short paid my rent and i expect to have that discount cos not a single communication was sent to me by Afcho, BUNCH OF IDIOTS

Thank you for your communication. After further investigation, please note that you should have received your 25% loyalty discount in December 2020, but due to a short payment in November 2020, you did not qualify. We confirm that the 25% discount loyalty programme will be discontinued effective 31 December 2020 and a letter was emailed to you regarding the introduction of our On Time payment discount which replaces our six-monthly loyalty reward as a means to continuously give MORE BACK to our loyal tenants, and MORE OFTEN.
