AFCHO is disappointing

I recently bought an Apartment from AFCHO at Burgundy Complex in Stone Gate Estates, on the contract they promised the apartment has appliances (dishwasher + washing machine) and I will get R20k cash back to fix broken things in the apartment but until today I haven't received any of the things promised, it's been more than two months now the property registered under my name but AFCHO didn't delivered it's part of the contract, I've been following up with no success. Their service is very bad...who would want to do business with such company in future, It's very disappointing.
