Afcho is Awful
I am very disappointed with their service, When we moved in August 2017 they gave us false statements every month and it was their fault, we were told we will not receive the 25% discount because of their mistakes.... The discount is given when you stay over 6 months.... I really hate this and I can't wait for a year so I can move out?!!!!!

Please provide your details so we are able to check and respond properly. For the record, our loyalty programme means for each 6 months of continued occupancy, tenants are rewarded with a 25% rental discount in the month following this milestone. In other words, after completing 6 months in occupation, you will receive a 25% discount off your rent in month 7; after completing 12 months in occupation, you will receive a further 25% discount off your rent in month 13; and so on and on for every 6 months of continued occupation thereafter.Tenants do not need to do anything, other than ensure their accounts are up to date, as the rental discounts will be credited to your account in the months as stated above, provided your account is fully paid up prior to any discount being offered. In addition, the discount applies to one month rent only, and not to any sundry charges such as utilities etc.
