Afcho is a NIGHTMARE

The most disgusting property group I’ve ever come across!! I moved into South Hills Lifestyle Estates this year in June and there were problems from the word go. The maintenance is a nightmare; if you don’t constantly follow up on a reported issue, it won’t get fixed. I reported an issue with my toilet in August and a maintenance guy came to look at it and never came back, I gave up and eventually found an alternative way of flushing. Now they have this crazy rule that Uber’s and Food Delivery is not allowed into the complex... Bare in mind that the complex comprises of multiple blocks that spread far away from the entrance. They expect us to walk from our units to the gate! When you’re in an Uber/Taxify, you’re supposed to walk to and from the gate??? It’s like we’re being punished for not having vehicles. I’m so done with this place, I want to move out so badly. The management is poor, doesn’t respond to any of our concerns. For the amount we’re paying, the service is pathetic!! If they don’t change their ways, especially regarding Uber’s, they’ll be losing a lot of tenants.
