The worse ever place to Rent a Unit from ive been @Caldewood for 3 years now nd the day I ask b4 rent is due for assistance they ignore ure mails nd calls nd then after the 7th Cut ure lights which we on prepaid,Treating thre Tendants as dogs nd it winter we have to go work but they cut the lights after u made arrangements they jst come back nd say u did not send the proper docs we cant help Lady Zodwa no Phone/email/ Customer service manners Rude nd no options Jst U need to Pay or we will evict u Landlord Gert does not respond to any messages or calls either Maintanance at the place Poor sat with No Geyser for almost a year ceilings messed up nd my furniture they jst dont give a damn. Im sitting without lights for the whole month now coz they want 1 month pmnt they wont take any arrangemnts water supply Poor. Rent went up twice in a year Its Worse then staying in the Kasie in sum1s yard or Cottage.They say they dont care about any propertt laws this is there place nd u hve to pay Rent No matter what ure issue is even if its for 1 month nd if ure a Loyal Tenant Worse treatment ever no Wonder pple stay for 3 months nd Move out again.
