Afcho has Horrible Service.

I received a phone call from Debttec on behalf of Afcho regarding rent I'm to pay.

This Issue was handled poorly, I received a statement for Febuary 2017 rent, when I already sent a lease cancellation letter on the 6th of January 2017, to which no response was given, I then proceeded to go to the head office and got a letter which I made the caretaker sign as the apartment was to be checked for damages, this was sent in on the 9th of January. further more went to Afhco head office on the 11th of January 2017 to confirm if my letter has been received as no response was made to my email and the consultant said yes I can move out and my lease cancellation was received. I vacated the premises on the 28th January Saturday 2017. Keys where left with security and building manager allowed me to vacate as he had signed the letter on the 9th of January, He also checked to see if any damages where made, and none where made and I moved out.

What is expected is that I pay rent for a month that I wasn't staying on the premises and also when I had app**** for cancellation. Today 1 year and 11 months later, I'm being called to pay money, how??? when the caretaker signed me off and the head office also signed me off to move??? This is really not fair as I kept all the proof yet I'm being harassed for something I handled by the terms of the building. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!
