AFCHO FRANK & HIRSCH

This is the worst property rental company ever. Stayed there for over 2 years at frank & Hirsch and none of the maintenance requests I submitted in that time where attended to. Upon moving out I submitted my notice on the 15th of November because I intended on moving out by Mid December 2024, only to end up being receiving billing for Jan 2025. Turns out that the building manager never submitted my notice and they wanted to penalise me for me.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
