AFCHO Don’t pay tenants their deposits
I give this company a zero rating, their costumer service is horrible. Their management is never available to assist and they don’t pay people their full deposits after moving out.
I have still not received my deposit after moving out in March. After calling them and fighting to get my money for weeks they then payed out 50%of my deposit. I called them again wanting to know why and they eventually told me they had short paid me. Now I am still trying to get through to them to get the rest of my money.

We are doing our best to process all outstanding and related tasks and will contact you within the next 48 hours to confirm payment date.
