AFCHO are a ******* company
I just moved out of Sambro house on the 31st of October 2018, the only thing that were not in order was the stove and a crack sink which was what the landlord Thoko wrote on the move out list,she checked the place and saw that on those things we a problem,when I had moved in the unit was dirty and it was not painted,the stove I found was not heating up the way it should be,I called them today 13 November 2018 to find out when am I getting my deposit,I was told that the kitchen had a problem and the building needed maintance and it needed to be painted,they also said I'm.not getting my deposit back because all the damages cost R5000 rands which means I'm owing them as well,the only thing I know that I will be deducted from was the stove and the cracked sink,I really need my deposit back AFHCO are ripping me off and they have done this to almost 99% of their tenants that have moved out their buildings, can you please pay me back my money ,I want my miney back now,the place was not painted at all and I even told the lady who showed me the room her name is Dudu,she even said its not painted she will tell the office that they need to paint ,I emailed her time and time again but to no avail,I wantyoney AFCHO I know you don't really care about about your tenants hence you treat them the way you do when its time for you to pay out deposits,I'm not gonna let you get away with this trust me,its time someone really stand up for your nonsense,

15 Nov 2018, 12:50In the bedroom there was a water leak just above the window and that's the only part that was painted not the full bedroom if the full bedroom was painted or the whole unit was painted why was there was dirty finger prints on walls when u moved in and the wardrobe I could see that its was moved from where it was ,the wardrobe was moved from where is was and when I viewed the place and moved in, the lines where the wardrobe was were still there,if it was painted those lines were not gonna be seen,so whatever you telling me is a ****,Thoko the landlord only painted the part where there was a water lick not the whole bedroom,so you guys are lying when you say the bedroom was painted,if I knew how horrible you guys are I would have not moved in that building trust me and that lady who showed me the room Dudu gave such pathetic service,she even confirmed that the place was not painted,please give me my money back asap,I will come there and I wana see my move in list.
