AFCHO Africa Housing Company Deposit Delays for No reason

Hi guys, its been over two days here and going on two weeks with no solid and concrete feedback regarding why am not able to get my deposit refunded of over 5k. I keep getting different feedback but the most prevalent is that Mafadi, has my deposit over a year after you took over Panama House from Mafadi, and Thabo from Mafadi confirmed on emails that you are cc'd in that the funds were transferred. Tomorrow marks the 14th working day that i was guaranteed to have my moneu back on but i know i will call again 10 times like i did today to be told " you do not have any feedback its with your manager whose always in a meeting and cant make it to the phone or call back after the meeting" . The hello peter posts 4 days and ongoing remains without a response from Afcho so the decision to take this further to the ombudsmen tomorrow after 16:00 seeing that the Afcho's customer service is only rent based and getting new clients and after those clients leave they get told one thing and then another. I am now after this treatment and emails and calls on calls sure that this is not an isolated event and feel compelled to go and inquire from people i know who have left Panama house building 200 commissioner street if they are being treated or were treated the same forced to fight and chase after their deposits in this way because i cannot be the only one based on how cavalier this is being handled.
