admin fee not refunded

i spoke to Maureen on the phone i was put on hold +-15min without any help,my contact details was taken and i was told she will get back to me but she ddnt,on Saturday i went to Afhco to enquire about what is happening i spoke to Walton and he assured me that Charlene has signed my documents and that my refund should be transferred on monday or tues but still theres nothing,i am very dissapointed with the Afhco Team and the customer service.700 is not suppose to take months to be refund,my Documents were processed on the 6th of March today it is 14 april 2015.I called my agent Ronald and he was surprised that my money is still not refunded,no one updates me on what is happening i keep calling without any feedback
