Adjust your so called controls for the Adults!!!
<p>d this thing of having a time frame for our visitors is not on,If u have visitor for longer days then you need to go to the office not all of us have time to go to your office why dont you just let us sign the visitors. Some of us dont have the money to bride your security guards or the time to sweet talk them to allow my visitor at the place that I pay rent for.</p> <p>If those are your rules and controls kindly adjust them.</p>

For the sake of ensuring your safety, family members and that of the other tenants, we are very strict about overcrowding, sub letting and visits. In order to ensure that the building is monitored properly, that you, your sub-tenant and visitor/s are not only safe inside the building but enjoy your stay in your home, all our security guards are instructed to adhere to the rules governing access/visitors to all our buildings.
Furthermore, to prevent all the misfortunes associated with uncontrolled access/visitors to residential buildings (theft, vandalism, violence etc) and again for your safety, all our buildings have biometric (fingerprint) access control and visitors’ log book and rules. All tenants are required to register their fingerprint when moving in and continuously need to scan their finger each time they want to enter the building as well as adhering to all rules associated with visits.
It is against this background that as our valued customer and as the best way forward, we urge you to abide by our access/visitors rules and co-operate with those entrusted with the safety of your building so as to help us monitor and keep the building safe at all times. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience suffered and immediately advise us should you further experience any treatment contrary to the above.
