Accountant so harsh and rude

I have 2months baby stay in Etude they have cut my electricity because u call them to arrange payment a guy from account very hursh and rude he told me on phone if can't pay rent straight months end must move out cuz I can't afford it and I'm not only one have child everybody have child . Most pathetic management I'm unable to move out because still have small child but I'm on dark
