Account handed over without notification

I have always paid my account on time while renting with AFCHO Property Management. After moving out, I was surprised to receive an email from a debt collection company six months later, stating that my account had been handed over and that interest had been added to the amount owed.

At no point was I notified by AFCHO about any outstanding balance or the handover process. When I requested reasons for why I was not informed, I received no feedback or explanation. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and financial burden.

Customers deserve transparency and timely communication, especially when serious actions like debt handovers are involved. I urge AFCHO Property Management to improve their communication practices and ensure that clients are properly notified before such steps are taken.

Verdict: Poor communication and lack of transparency have made this a very negative experience.
