Account billing query

Can someone please intervene regarding these unprofessional business practices we receive from Afhco!

I keep being billed for all maintenance that has to be done in my unit for all things that i found not working or functioning when i moved in at Jabulani Lifestyle. No one cares about keeping the tenants happy and satisfied with the customer service, all they care about is making money.

Honestly Afhco management, if you will threaten me by switching off my lights or locking my unit, please do! I can’t be paying for things that were never working when i moved in there. Jabulani Lifestyle-B112
