Absolutely poor service and not treating clients fairly

Absolutely not a good place to call home i have been staying with them for almost 3 years ,recently filled for rental relief during level 4 and 5 lockdown and i had to go out of my way in getting response from them i called over 8 times and sent over 10 emails still no response then finally after almost 2 weeks i got an email from tinashe from the credit department that sent me an email saying we have to find middle ground regarding this matter and said i should also keep her updated on my situation and on the 20th of june i get a letter saying i still need to submit missing documents ref number 45871 and previously when i app**** for rental relief i was given a case number of 241957...if you looking for a reliable place to stay with ubuntu definitely dont consider AFHCO ...try mafadi or other alternative
