About AFHCO Letting agents

I have stayed in a building since 2005 when l was still a teenager with my late parents and my siblings l love the place and used to the invroment . But as Tenants we are treated like 😏 by the Caretaker and we dont have anyway to cry to and l don't think the owners or the management knows about this . I paid my Rentals on the 3rd of Febraury R6700 and l was suppose to pay R7662,80 so the deposit machine was rejecting the money which LEAD me to deposit the R1000 the next day l called the office they told me l was owing R1062.00 for what they dont explain my electricity was switched off and my kids went to school with empty stomach. The very same day l had to beg the Caretaker to switch on the lights which he did on his own time on the 6th l was suppose to load my new voucher and the meter is blocked lm trying to call their office the phone number l dailled doesn't exist please help.
