A nightmare living at Afhco buildings

I complained about these people days ago , I was asked to send my query to their customer service email but they still haven't gotten back to me. They are very quick to comment on hello peter but fail to do the same on their customer service portal. I'm so sick of this company, the thought of it just wants to make me vomit. I can't wait to move out. And to people that are looking for accommodation, I wouldn't recommend Afhco even to my worst enemy, people are treated like dogs whereas the company forgets that it is a success because of the rent money they get from us. Perhaps they need to boycott the buildings and remove this company from operating because they are doing such a horrible job dealing with people.

We regret the incident involving some of our tenants and urgently investigating in order to prevent such occurrences.

For the sake of ensuring your comfort, and that of the other tenants, we are very strict about smoking as all our buildings are smoke free zones. In order to confirm that the building is monitored properly, that you, your sub-tenants and visitor/s are not only safe inside the building but enjoy your stay in your home, all our tenants, building personnel are instructed to adhere to the rules governing same in all our buildings. As we also subscribe to our industry’s code of conduct, such behaviour from any of our tenants is not tolerated at all and will be dealt with accordingly.
