2nd complain Terrible service

This is for the second time writing and complaining about the leak that cannot be fixed properly.I stay in one of AFHCO building in Friendship town. Since i have moved in my unit, every now and then i get water coming down from the roof to my bathroom. I have reported this to the caretaker but when they fix it its just temporary and after some couple of months it happens again. On the 24-10 the water was coming down from the roof, have reported and written to hello Peter and it was temporarily fixed and again on the 2 December till today it has been leaking,I have been reporting this to the caretaker but nothing is happening.This is frustrating and unaccepted because even time when i come back from work i have to sweep this water, I even asked the caretaker yesterday to send ppl from maintenance to my flat while I am home so that they can see where the leak is and maybe close it from inside but he did nothing. Please do something about this Afhco.
