2ND COMPLAIN- 2 WEEKS WITH BLOCKED DRAIN - BAD SERVICE

I am staying in one of the AFHCO Apartments in Friendship town. I just don't understand why AFHCO does not take its Tenants serious. Since last week we have been with a blocked drain and because I am downstairs my bathroom and outside the flat its such a mess. I don't even wish this on anyone because you cant stand the mess that I have to put up with. The caretaker tried but i can see the problem is from AFHCO maintance service. Please treat this as a matter of urgency
