120 END STREET -NEW DOORNFONTEIN (1415)

Good Evening

Trust that you are well, 'I am currently a tenant at 120 End Street High Rise Building Doornfontein, Unit number 1415.

I started my lease on December 2022, nothing was renovated as per lease agreement and check list and when i would send messages to the building manager he would blue tick me and respond with silence, '

Recently there is a certain security guard. Who randomly come open the door and literally do as he please, I tried to be civilized about it, letting him know that i do not appreciate his actions. Further more he escalated the matter to switching off my lights and water and accused me of making noise while my neighbors know nothing about the noise ,

I have tried numerous times to talk to the supervisor, regarding this matter and would be told to go find whoever switched off my lights and water

Further to this I reported this sense of urgency to the building manger and He did not attend the matter. Currently my lease has been terminated due to alleged inappropriate behavior's which i am not aware off and i do not know about

I thought I was a customer to Afhco property but it seems like I am an object to be abused randomly and be harassed the living **** out of me, I have skipped work for these reasons as I had to attend to this barbaric behavior' of adults who choose to harass me.
