I ordered and paid for a phone on 12 March. Delivery was promised the following Tuesday, 16 March. The phone did not arrive. Delivery was then promised for Monday 22nd [a public holiday]!! It is now 24 March and still no sign of the phone and/or any response to my many many WhatsApp messages to you. I have tracked the order and am told that 'the order is still processing'???!!! The order number is 6020. Please revert to me immediately. I am going to post this message on Hellopeter. Sandra Zachary
