Bad service
The Fibre in our estate has been on and off for weeks literally. Residents reported technicians coming to their homes and resolving yesterday and are online today. Logged a call. Got Thesmia who says a cable is cut. If so, how are my neighbours online now. THESMIA refusing to send someone out due to the cable cut excuse. Residents are canceling with Vodacom daily and I will definitely be next.
