No feedback/response

I app**** for fibre from Aenove(a360) in December, 2 weeks ago i got a call from and made arrangements for the fibre to be installed today at 10:30. I've called Aenova 3 times already to ask what the delay is and whether they're still coming today. All 3 times i've been told they are going to try and find out, then call me. Nobody has called me :(. Bad service.
