Do not send invoices

I have been with Aeonovo360 for about 5 months

For the first 2 months I was not billed - then in the third month a triple debit order was deducted.

That in itslef was not an issue - but I DO NOT automatically receive my invoices - which is a requirement of the CPA

Speaking to Steven multiple times just results in broken promises

Every month I need to send emails/sms/voice mesages for at least a week before I receive my invoice

very poor customer service - if only there was an alternative for fibre in my area I would change immediately
