Whatever happened to people without BCOMS, HONS

Just unsatisfied at such a reputable agency (Techpro) not providing job seekers, job specifications for people with experience 20 Years +, like me, predominantly Degrees, and Honours etc. are prevailing in all Jobs advertised , whatever happened to equal opportunity for people with experience. please don't call me back, I think this is so unfair, but anyway, such is life. hope you guys have a successful turnaround of candidates.
