Poor Customer Service

I have two kids at pinnacle college Kyalami. I have been trying to resolve a billing issue since June 2026. The lady assigned to to the school, Crystal Carthurs is rude, does not return calls and has no sense of urgency. The *** number half the time just wrings. The school is based in Kyalami, but one has to travel to Sandton to be able to get assistance. Very poor customer service.

Poor Customer Service

This institution has been nothing short of a nightmare. There administration is *********** to say the least. 1. In 2022 I enrolled to study an undergraduate degree. I completed all the academic requirements and had no disciplinary or conduct penalties against me. I had to drive through multiple times after my degree was completed to get a letter of completion because I was not graduated internally. The cause of the delay, they didn't have my matric certificate which you would assume would have been brought up in those three years. 2. I unfortunately enrolled to study another postgraduate course in 2025. I opted to pay full settlement. I was told we overpaid and have a credit balance. I have been trying to get that credit balance refunded. I have sent in forms after forms with no reply. Eventually Emeris contacted my directly to fill in the forms and even told me they processed the refund. Not even a week later I get an email saying we owe them money. So I have been sent from pillar to post just trying to figure out what is going on. 3. Lastly due to their own administrative incompetence I was not graduated internally and therefore did not get an invite to my graduation. I was in a postgraduate class with no more than 15 students so they really don't have any excuses as to why I didn't graduate. I met all the academic and disciplinary requirements. I have been at this institution for four years and spent a small fortune always paying in advance and always meeting all the requirements. All I ask of this corporate regime is for them to sort out this refund nonsense and to courier me my postgraduate diploma at their own cost. This is the least they could do given how much they have let me down. Please do not attend this university or send yoir children here as they are completely useless and are not a respected institution. Rather go to a public university and spend a fraction of the price.

Pinnacle College Raslouw

I'm disappointed with how the school handles incidents between students. Concerns are dismissed as "minor squabbles",despite repeated issues.I would expect a more proactive and balanced approach that helps students resolve conflicts,rather than minimising ongoing issues.Im starting to question my decision for choosing this school for my child.Pinnacle College Raslouw needs to do better.

Avoid ADvTECH schools

ADvTECH continually offers abysmal service. Whilst my children's school is wonderful and the teaching staff are incredible, this parent organisation is an embarrassment and it is leading me to looking for another school. They have, over the course of a few years, made multiple mistakes with invoices, not corrected them for despite multiple requests, not responded appropriately to emails or calls, and then sent threatening emails saying that they will suspend my children if money (that I do not owe) is not paid. Given that I have paid upfront for school fees, the fact that they are threatening to suspend my children over THEIR mistakes in aftercare fees leans towards ******ion/******** coercion. They are essentially pressuring me to pay a disputed amount by threatening harm (my child being suspended). This entirely undermines my ability work effectively with them while they sort out their errors.

Just know you are on your own....

Jeffrey Tsoili showed me today that evening after not being a available for the whole week to resolve or offer help and his voicemail box is full and doesn't return the calls, up and till there is emails sent.It becomes my problem regardless. They need more people handling the problems at the call centre because when the one person is off there is no one to resolve the problems... This is sad state of affairs.
