Useless Accounts department

I got a useless sms from Advtech saying that I owe school fees from 2020 - my children had left the school at the end of 2020.

No answer from the land line The credit controllers email address is incorrect and no other contact details

A week later I get a vague call how they will send me a statement as it's pre-legal. Literally ZERO correspondence from them in years.

Still no statement.

I now need to go back 4 years to try and reconcile the account.

What the hell? Useless school and the holding company is shocking!
