UNFAIR DISMISSAL: TRINITYHOUSE LITTLE FALLS
It is almost the end of the year. A very important time of year for all the kids in grade 11. My son had an incident at the school's activity. 26 August 2024 Trinityhouse Little Falls High decided to expel my child from school.
My son has been with the school from Grade 0. In all the years that he has been with the school, he has never had any written warning of misconduct. The amount of trauma this has on my child because the school committee felt it was in the best interest of the school to expel him.

However, our Code of Conduct permits expulsion for serious misconduct, even on a first offense. You were given the opportunity to appeal the decision and this appeals process is now underway. As a school we are committed to the well-being of all our students and maintaining a safe environment for all our students is our top priority.
