Unfair ************** and treatment

My experience at this institution has been nothing but horrible for the last year. I am a student at IIE Varsity College and I would like to believe that I have been unfairly dismissed and brushed in a very unsatisfying manner due to my color. This institution has never mentioned the IIE policy or even sent it out to me before exams at the beginning of the school term but now have the audacity to tell me to refer back to it. Refer back to what? A policy is a guideline and I believe I as a student should not look for it but rather it be given to me and I am oriented in a proper way.

I started my studies in 2024 as an Honors student and I wasn't oriented properly I even had to show my fellow classmates how to submit assignments on the portal even. After complaining about this countlessly they decided to give us a brief explanation on how to work the IIE portal and so forth. We wrote our assignments basically in the dark on what will happen after. Shortly we received our CASS which is supposed to be above 40% for one to qualify for exams. Then after writing the exam my mark showed on my portal and I was glad that I had passed my module. Only to be informed months later by the institution that what I see on my side is not what they see on theirs. I have an FES on my portal which states that I failed to reach SUPP minimum. Confused, agitated and anxious this was now new stress above everything that was already happening with the institution.

Had I been properly oriented in the beginning of the year and atleast issued the policy we would speaking a different story now.
