Trinityhouse Inefficiencies is affecting my daughter's well-being and education

Trinityhouse Glenvista is depriving my child a better education. My child was enrolled in Trinityhouse for grade 8 1st term. In the beginning of the 2nd term I unfortunately experience so personal issues which affect my finances I immediately brought it to the schools attention and requested my child to be deregistered. At that time my school fees was uptodate and they mentioned the 3 months notice and the principal said they will consider my request given my circumstances. 4 months later I received a communication from ADvTECH stating that my child will be suspended and by that time my child was no longer at Trinityhouse.

I forwarded the comm to Trinityhouse and they promised to look into it. Fast forward, this year i enrolled my child at Abbots and I was advised that they are unable to complete the registration because the SD is still sitting at Trinityhouse. I then went to Trinityhouse, spoke to Thando who assured me that this issue will be resolved. Indeed they transfer my child's profile but they didn't resolve the issues of the R30k which they are claiming that I owe them. Now Abbotts is threatening to deregistered my child. I am told not bring my child at school on Monday. Now my child has broken down and depressed.

Guys where is your conscious in all of this? Do you really understand the trauma you are putting on our kids because of your inefficiencies? If my school fees were not up to date, why did Trinityhouse gave me a transfer card? This is totally unacceptable. Please don't think for yourselves. Please take our kids into consideration. I WANT THIS MATTER SORTED ASAP.
