<div>I am deeply disappointed with the conduct of Ms.***** at Trinity House Glenvista and the lack of response from the school’s management, including the headmaster, despite raising serious concerns. Ms. ******&nbsp; has continuously undermined my son’s confidence through her negative behavior, severely affecting his self-esteem and academic performance. Instead of providing support and encouragement, she has broken his spirit, which no teacher should ever do. Moreover, Ms. *****&nbsp; has involved my daughter, who is not in her class, in matters that were inappropriate and unnecessary, causing her distress. She never offered any assistance, leaving my daughter feeling isolated and uncomfortable. I brought these issues to the headmaster’s attention, expecting a thorough investigation and appropriate action against Ms. ******&nbsp; However, nothing was done, and the school’s inaction is unacceptable. This lack of accountability from Trinity House Glenvista reflects poorly on the institution and its commitment to the well-being of its students. Parents trust Trinity House Glenvista to provide a supportive and safe environment for their children. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from this expectation, and it has caused unnecessary emotional harm to my children. I urge the school to address this issue immediately and take the necessary steps to ensure this never happens to another family. Interview the parents who have left and are still currently attending ask them to review her as a teacher you will be shocked by the level of unhappiness. Look at her records and see how many kids have left her class and you will note that the kids who have left are the kids who actually need that teacher guidance which she can’t offer. If you do investigate go back to previous teachers and ask them about the performance of both my kids. I have removed both my kids and still I am getting statements? WHY? You have lost good students due to this teacher. Your school does not live up to the values they claim. Shame on you.</div>
