Terrible Service!!

Absolutely terrible service! They ignore your emails, either place your ticket on pending or close your ticket without resolving the issue. They have no have consistency in their work or how they fee. They will add amounts that not supposed to be added and when you query it they promise to rectify it the following month which they dont and when you query that they ignore you! There is no communication or urgency in your tickets! Most terrible service I have ever come across! They need to take ownership!!!!
