Terrible experience with Admin and accounts department at ADvTECH

Terrible experience with admin and accounts department. Since 15th May 2924, I've been following up on my overdue refund with Thabile and to date 18 July 2024, no feedback and no courtesy call. I've been sending endless emails and calling head office to no resolution. The learner left the school on 10th May and still no resolution in July.
