"Resuspension letter" over debit order they did not make!!

I am having the most horrible experience with this group. I have three sons that go to Trinity School. My elder son account is always a problem. We requested all their school fees be on debit order. But every time we get a statement that have half of the school fees outstanding. Now i get sent a statement with the entire school fees outstanding and the response is "Khanani Mabasa commented: Please kindly note that Our system for debit order in June had errors with the change of system".

Few days later while busy querying this matter i get a "Resuspension Letter" stating that my son will be suspended from school if i don't make the payment. A debit order they failed to make has now caused my son to get suspended from school.

I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the admin.
