Refund being held hostage

I decided to lift and drop my son from Trinityhouse Randparkridge campus, to the Evolve online school. I had a credit from the end of 2024. After careful consideration we decided not to continue with Advtech and chose another school. Ticket after ticket is being closed without our refund being paid. The one hand does not know what the other is doing within the group. I have supp**** all documents requested. Phones at Evolve are not answered, emails go unanswered. Support keeps saying they did not receive documents from Evolve, and my ticket gets closed without resolution. Sadly, it seems as if we are all just seen as an SD Number to collect money. It’s not Advtech’s money! No lessons were ever started. Do not hold onto money that does not belong to you.
