OXBRIDGE ACADEMY - MISINFORMATION BY GLOIRE MAKENGO

Hi there,

I app**** to amend my NSC with Oxbridge Academy. My initial application was to rewrite English, Business and Maths Literacy. My application was then approved and I received confirmation from Gloire Makhengo that my subjects have been registered, and I needed to pay the registration fee of R900.

The payment was made yesterday and proof of payment was sent to your fees department.

I then received a call from GLoire stating that Oxbridge does not offer language rewrites, this was also not communicated to me. I was told that I can register for English as stated above. Now that I've paid I'm getting a different story.

I cannot do the 2 subjects because I app**** for 3 subjects, so if i can't rewrite English I require a refund.

Please send the refund to my account number. Gloire gave out misinformation so i require a refund. Had he not said i can register for English, I wouldn't have paid the registration fee.
