My child was issued a fee suspension letter due to outstanding fees. The nightmare that it has been trying to resolve this matter, being sent from pillar to post, being met with automated responses and resolved emails. You can't even set up a meeting. They transferred their systems and implemented a process that they simply cannot maintain. Please don't send your child to these money hungry vultures
